Ingredients :
  • Fresh small whiting fillets
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cup of flour
Chermoula Ingredients :
  • 2 lemons
  • 5 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin, turmeric, ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley & cilantro (chopped)

  • Prepare the chermoula by mixing all the ingredients
  • Spread the fillets with the chermoula, sprinkle with flour
  • fry the fillets in the oil for 5 minutes on each side
