Ingredients :
- Fresh small whiting fillets
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 lemons
- 5 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of cumin, turmeric, ginger
- 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper
- 1/2 bunch of parsley & cilantro (chopped)
